Walker was born in the year the year 1976, in Philadelphia Pennsylvania United States of America. She is of African American origin, as well as is an American. The parents of her are Harvey Welker who is Native American and Julie Welker who is African-American. She is the daughter of a Native American father and an African-American mom. Her graduation from Germantown Friends School in the city of Germantown in Philadelphia's Germantown neighborhood, in 1994. When she graduated at Harvard College in 1998, she attended Harvard College and earned her Bachelor of Arts. Welker is married to John Hughes a well-known marketing director at Merck located in Philadelphia and they have two kids. In 2014, they started dating. John her husband, is 4 years younger than her. They decided to take their relationship to a higher stage because things were running so smoothly. In March of 2017, the couple got married. Philadelphia Pennsylvania hosted their wedding. They had an enormous wedding in the Hyatt hotel. A tiny group of friends and family members was invited. Around 300 guests were invited.
